    Google Drive app not working

    I removed JotForm from Drive, then logged back in to JotForm,
    clicked on Plugins, then Apps, found the Drive App again, reinstalled it,
    then tried again to open a JotForm from Drive. This is the message:
    User already exists, create a new drive integrated form
    initializing google user instance
    row is :array(4) { ["google_id"]=> string(21) "107859630192557242839"
    ["jotform_username"]=> string(13) "thomas.madsen" ["google_email"]=>
    string(27) "thomas.madsen@tctutoring.us" ["credentials"]=> string(1075)

    Yes, thank you Jonathan. The TwinCities Tutoring account is Active again. 

     

    The Google Drive App still isn't working properly though. I still get this message:

    I also tried embedding again, using Form ID: 102235888454881850738 and the following method (Please check that I am using the right form ID):

    Your form is here!

    This is a direct link to your form for easier distribution.





    Google Sites Google Sites Go to your site. Switch to Edit mode. Open "Insert Menu" Select "More..." at the bottom On the new page, select "Add gadget by URL" option at the left. Enter the URL below as a gadget URL: Gadget settings will open. You should write your formID (  in order to add your form into your page.
    (note: put the real form id in the formID)

    Hi,

    Thank you for the confirmation that the account was already Active.

    With regards to the Google Drive App integration issue, I was able to reproduce this issue also.

     

    It seems that this is still an existing bug in the JotForm Google Drive app.

    I will submit a bug report about this to our higher team support so that it can be investigated further.

    For now, I can only suggest to use the in form integration method
