JotForm actually have also a Currency Converter widget of its own.
Here is a demo form you can test http://www.jotform.co/form/33344231512846
As for that money converter script you suggested, you can embed that into the form using the TEXT field within an iframe script. Please refer to the image below when I did the test using your script
Here is my test form using your script http://www.jotform.me/form/41393456760459
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

Hello Murtaza,Are you having issue with your form "Facebook Readymade women Form"?I did check your form but could not find any captcha field added. Have your removed it already?Adding a captcha filed with "Currency converter" widget should not create any issue. Please add the captcha field again in your form and get back to us if the issue persists. Did you try to embed your form in your web page? If yes, please share the web page URL and we will take a look.We will wait for your response.Thank you!
- majmerAnswered on May 21, 2014 at 05:31 AMGo to women order form in the below link, please inform how to attach
picture so you can know the real problem.

I was able to see the image issue you were reporting on your Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/jumbosupermall/app_129982580378550
However, on my investigation, I think the issue is not related to the form -- BUT on the web page that you had embedded on your Facebook page.
From what I can see, it is not the form that was embedded on the FB page, but another webpage, which I think is a Wix webpage
What I can suggest you try for now is to re-embed the form to your Facebook page using this guide instead
Please inform us if you have done this, and we will check again.

Please try to access http://widgets.jotform.com and complete the security check from this link. After doing that, please refresh your FB Fantab. Hopefully, that removes the security check to the form.

Thanks for the reply.
If i was able to complete the security check why i would have ask for help? didnt you think that.
As mentioned and explanined in the earlier attachment picture, security check is only half coming or showing up , right button or submit button is not showing up. (see the earlier attachment picture)
Now how me or customers going to complete security check, if it not coming up properly??
Please fix the issue!!

I think that Welvin was speaking about the standalone version of widget page. Please try to access the following link, and comlete security check if it is required:
It might solve the issue on form for you.
Please note that security check is most probably related to the account country, and your customers from US and UK will not be affected.

i just checked my form, currency widget is competely coming, thanks for fixing it.
- majmerAnswered on May 23, 2014 at 06:36 AM
PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED!!!!
Once i completed security check and my form is loaded properly, but this problem is the Currency Widget that i have added in my form is not uploaded, its still ask for security check.
A.Now again why the currency widget, 2nd second time asking FOR security check? as earlier i already passed security check and form is loaded.
B. Currency widget security check is half coming in screen , so i cant click submit or right click button.
Please try to understand the problem and fix it, attach picture. THIS IS MY 5TH REPLY.
