    The Coupon system has broken again i can no longer apply discount to selected products only

    Hi,

     

    I had a bug before and a simila thing has h.appened again.

    I am able to get to coupons menu and create new ones, i am able to set amounts and the usual but the products drop down is just products or money off total.

    there used to be an additional drop down to select which ones to apply discount to.

    Hi Denver,

    I just check it here and it is showing the dropdown option for coupons. Note that you must uncheck the "All Items" first before you can check on the products.

    Can you please try to clear your browser's cache and check it again? Perhaps it was a browser specific issue, have you tried using another browser?

    Hi it is not browser specific i tried on firefox chrome and IE, also cleared cache. I have a picture of what i get if it helps you.

     

    As you can see i have 3 codes already allowing me to choose specifics and new ones do not seem to have the option.

    Hi,

    Thanks for providing us a screenshot. I was able to reproduce the problem with WorldPay Payment Tool since this is the current payment tool I've seen on your form. This might be due to the updates made recently.

    I have now raised this thread to our developers so they can check and investigate this further. You will be informed here once we get information from them or they'll be the one to reply here.
