Can you tell us where you getting the problem? It's much better if you tell us the problem with screenshot.

Are you having this issue with your form "Bestellformular Condair"?
I did check your form's notification email alert and did not find any issue with that. You have configured it to send submission email to following email address "email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org".
Upon taking a closer look at your form's notification email alert, I found that you have used the same email address as "Recipient Email" and the "Recipient Email". Please check the screenshot below:
Please be noted that we do not advice you to use the same email address as the "Sender Email" and also the "Recipient Email". A lot of email server will reject the incoming email with same sender/recipient or they will simply ignore the emails. That could be the reason why you are not receiving submission emails to this email address. To solve your problem, you should either change the custom "Sender Email" or change the "Recipient Email" address to some other email.
