We receive less than 10 submissions per month. One artist uploaded to huge files to our account. We immediately took them out of the online storage. There should be nothing stored in there.
Why do we need to upgrade?

There is a TIF file that is almost 56MB on your current form submissions. The other files, if you combine those would reach the same size. Free Account is limited to 100MB of file storage. Please login to your account, download the file and delete it from the submissions list to free up space.

By the way, after deleting the files and if the system doesn't automatically reactivate your account then please let us know here so we can do it manually.
