Our plan was supposed to renew on the 14th.
Why has it not renewed?

I checked your account and you are currently on a Free Status. I don't see any payment records so I think you mean "renew" is "reset" of the submission counter. Am I right? If yes, then please be informed that submission counter will reset on every first day of the month at 00EST. Submission limit doesn't reset on the same day of creating your account to us.
However, if you mean your paid subscription, then please let us know the Order Reference Number or the Subscription Number or your Paypal Email Address so we can check our records.
