My Forms will not send to email

    Hi, I set my  email alerts to go to, this is the email address that I have add it to my email list to let me know if a form was filled out, Contact phone 888-825-1344, Pleas ask for Bruce Jon.

    I can see that your email notification was set to I've checked our log to make sure your email is not included on our bounce list. I've also checked our email logs and I can see that you should be receiving email notifications. Have you checked your Spam/Junk folder?

    I would also suggest you contact your email provider to whitelist Jotform's Domains and IP Addresses to make sure your email server does not reject emails from Jotform.

    I have checked the spam/junk folder and it is not there.

    The recipient email address of the form embedded here is "" and not the one you mentioned on your initial post. Is that the form in question? Please review your recipient email, here's a guide on how to change your form notification recipient emails.
