In reading your TOU, I see the in the Forms and Submissions section, it states Company does not claim ownership of any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials you submit or make available for inclusion on or through the JotForm Service ("Forms and Submissions"). As between Company and you, you own all rights to your Forms and Submissions. When you make a Form, Submissions page or a Report "public", you grant Company a worldwide and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, and publicly display your Forms and Submissions (in whole or in part) in any format or medium now known or later developed.

    See the bolded sentence.

    Thank you for contacting us.

The data is still yours, we do not claim any ownership and do no share the data with any third parties. The bolded sentence is related to the public form reports, there are different reports that can be created and shared by the form owner (you).

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
