I didn't realize we had to delete anything from the "submissions list". I remove the uploaded files promtply from our shared DrobBox and I thought that would be sufficient. Is that not so?
Below, Welvin said there was a 56MB tiff file in our current submissions. That was not the case. There is nothing in our JotForm DrobBox. There was a small (20kb) PDF file in a folder that I'd left there but that was all. That is now removed as well. Anyway, I'm a bit confused. Do we have to delete items out of the submissions list as well as remove them from the DrobBox folder? (If so what is the point of the list, LOL!)

There is a TIF file that is almost 56MB on your current form submissions. The other files, if you combine those would reach the same size. Free Account is limited to 100MB of file storage. Please login to your account, download the file and delete it from the submissions list to free up space.

Actually, it *seems* to be working now. I just uploaded a test and it went through and I was notified so apparently you can ignore the "Please reactivate" part...
I would like to know the answer to my question, though: Is it necessary to remove items from the submission list *as well as* remove them from the drop box?

The answer is no, it is not required to remove the data from your Dropbox. Our 'Upload Space' limit is related to the files stored under JotForm Submissions only (within our site).
