How to only show data with a value in email submission?

I have created a form that has multiple classes my clients can take.  However, when I receive the emailed submission, the list of all classes available are displayed, regardless of if they selected to take the class or not.

How can I have the email submissions only display classes that were selected, and not show data that has not been entered or selected?

For example:  If I have an email field, but nobody enters an email address, the email submission still shows an email with no data next to it.

    Hi,

Please take a look at this user guide

Please take note that this only work for the default email Notifier. So, try not to customize the email template.

You may adjust the Sender Email and Recipient Email -- just do not customize the messae body.
