Can i share a folder with others?

Hi, i wanted to share individual folders with users in our group who are responsible for collecting information so they can share the link with others and co-ordinate collection of the info.

Is this possible on the JotForm platform?

Hello Amit,

Yes it is possible to share any/all forms or folders of your account with any other user. You need to create sub user account with whom you can share folder or forms. The following guide should help you : https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

When you try to share the form, you will also see the folders in the list which can be shared. Please check the screenshot below:
