URGENT: Apparently, I've reached quota on a survey. Can I upgrade now and continue to gather responses on this survey?

I sent a survey yesterday to 650 people not realizing I had a quota on the free service.  Would upgrading in the middle of this work?  Would the $9.95 package be adequate?

If you require less than 1000 submits in a sinle month, then yes, the Premium ($9.95) plan should be enough.
