A form was completed & submitted, I received it in my inbox, but it is not in my submissions.
Also, I deleted 1 entry last week and this form is in the submissions

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
The submission which you do not see in your submission page, was it received on May 20, 2014?
Our developers are already aware of this issue of missing submissions and they are looking into it. I am creating a ticket for you. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

This is now fixed. You should be able to find the submissions on your form now.
