I created my account last night and created several forms and a couple submissions. This morning I was unable to log in as it said there wasn't an account with my username. I eventually was able to get logged in but show no forms or submissions. They are listed under history but when I click on the links in the history they say the form is not found.

Upon checking your account, I found that you have one form "How Healthy is your Relationship?". Are you missing any other form apart from this one.
Our developers are already aware of this issue with missing form / submissions and they are looking into it. I am creating a ticket for you. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

This has now been restored. You should be able to see the forms on your account now.
