In addition to iOS devices, the "Upload a file" button of Dropbox Jotform also does not work on Android platforms.

What is the URL of the page you have this problem? So that we can open it in an android browser and see the problem.

The URL is goo.gl/KUdfx and I am using Android 2.1.

Hi, I follow your suggestion to use single upload fields instead of the upload button. But it also works in browser only.
On iOS platforms, the "Choose File" button is dimmed. While on Android 2.1, the "Choose File" button would be changed to "Uploads Disabled". Any ideas?

Upon testing the form on an android device (2.3) and getting positive results (it worked), I searched the web for information as to why it does not work on your end. As it turns out, the pre-installed (default) browser in earlier versions (pre-2.2) of the Android operating system does not support file uploading. You may learn more about that here.
Our system is not responsible for this problem. This is something that Google has to address.
I suggest that you download another browser, such as Opera Mobile for example, to your Android device and see if it helps. If it does not, then the only other solution is to upgrade to at least Android 2.2.
