Account disabled because of reaching SSL Limit but not using it to my forms

I received a notice saying my account would be disabled due to reaching my limits. It then states we are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month, but I have reset all my forms to not be submitted securely. Why is my account being disabled?

    Hi,

May we know if your forms are embedded to a page? If you could give us the web links, we'll make sure to check the possible cause of this. Maybe, you have left a form still using the secure URL. It's impossible that you will reach the SSL limit if you're not using it so that's probably the cause.

    We'll await for your reply.

    Thanks

They click on the different links under Request Forms.

    Hello lwilhelmi,

I did check all the four links under "Request Forms" and they seems to be using non secure form URL. I have reset your accounts SSL counter to zero and you should not have any issue. Please be noted that we can only do this once per account.

    Thank you!
