Missing forms, and account type changed back to free.

    I have upgraded to Jotform premium, but I have a message from my site saying it wasn't working. I have logged on and it says I have got the free version, and it is showing my old forms, not the new one. 

     

    it was working fine for a few days, but now it isn't and it says the form doesn't exist. I also get the message in the top left of the screen saying I'm almost out of space (for the free settings) but I have loads left.

     

    I need this fixed quick, any suggestions. Please see attachments.

    I have changed your account type from Free to Premium, on regards of the forms you are not seeing, this is a current glitch in the system tha it´s been know taking care by our developers. I checked your account, and I see the same three forms that appears on your screenshot, I guess those are the old forms not the new ones.

     

    I have forwarded this to our second level, so you will be notified via this thread of any update as soon as possible.

    We had a data replication problem but it is now fixed. Thank you for your patience.
