I saved my form yesterday but it did not save

    Hi,

     

    I saved my form yesterday and checked the previews serverral times. I also sent myself test email and my 'Affichage de poste' form had disapeared this morning.

     

     

    What can I do?

    I could access the form https://www.jotform.com/41135933667257:

    I checked our database and the form Affichage de poste is under the RDTS account and not on RH_RDTS account:

    Hi Carina,
    Yes but I am a sub-user of the RDTS account and I have editing access. The Affichage de poste form has not been saved and I did saved several times and, as you see on the email I put you there, I had done tests yesterday and everything had disappeared.
    Can you please help me out with this?

    The problem should now be fixed. Can you check your form now and let us know if the problem continues?

    It still shows todays update, but not yesterday. Does it mean everything is lost?

    Can you check it again? It should now be fully recovered.
