Past submissions missing

    I know that you are getting this complaint left and right, and I'm seeing that some issues are getting fixed, which is great!

    My form is still not displaying submissions 92-97, and I'm getting an error message when I try to open these submissions from the email confirmations (attached).

    Thank you for your help in getting this corrected!

    We are really sorry for the inconveniences this may have caused.

    As you probably know already, we are currently experiencing a temporary glitch in our system, fortunately our engeneers are working hard to fix it as soon as possible. Hence, some users are no longer having issues with their submissions, but other still have the issue.

    So, this must be corrected soon. We will update you once our engeneers have completely fixed the issue. Just let me inform you that your submissions are not lost, they will be back once the glitch is resolved.

    Thank you for the update, I just discovered the same problem with another one of my forms , keeping my fingers crossed for a quick recovery as some of the data we need to retrieve is quite time sensitive!

    The missing submissions for 20th are now back. Can you check it and let us know if the problem continues?

    From what I can see, it looks like most of them are back! The only one for which I'm still noticing that submissions are missing is from my form , which should contain submissions 148 and 149.

    Any luck on that one?

    We really appreciate your update about this. I checked on this further for you with that form and found 148 and 149 that are there now so perhaps they may not have come through earlier at the time.

    Can you please take another look at this on your end and see if you are able to see them now? If not then please let us know.

    Yes, it is now fixed! Whew! Thanks again so much, hope things are finally quieting down over there now!
