Thanks for bringing this to our attention. There could be a conflict between the Feedback button script and your tab scripts.
There is a workaround presented before. Kindly click here to go to a live demo of this workaround in use. Click here to get the script of this sample demo. If you feel this will work for you or not, please let us know so that we can further assist you. Kindly provide the website URL where your form is currently embedded as well.
Our apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you for using JotForm!

Much Thanks for the try Allan however this did not resolve the issue as I don't have
access to the actual HTML on this platform, so setting between and tags is useless for me,
at Socialparody (Same Community Platform script as Ning) we Network Creators are
provided both a side and bottom Ad insert area, "see screen-shot url as an example http://i.imm.io/7SZg.png "
this is the only area in which the codes can be set at...
Basically whats happening with the Feedback Button is it is disabling other links such as Edit buttons,
I tried other options, LightBox option cripples Edit buttons as well, I decided to give the Pop-up uption
next, this brought different results, the start codes before saving them are as follow:
after saving they end up as:
so trying to click the "Contact Us" link results in a Alert popup thing stating:
"Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (denied) isn't associated with any program."
This is all really too bad as I was in high hopes of using the Feedback and have searched www-wide for other options,
Jotform seems to have the most attractive scripts, and best yet there Free.
I am open to other suggestions....
Per your request here is the temp. Sub domain where I tried your codes http://kingdomkrunch.socialparody.com
I ended up having to remove the codes for now.

It appears to me that Social Parody does not allow scripts to be embedded in their pages, as evidence by the addition of 'denied' in the pop-up embed codes' link tags.
If that is the case, then I am afraid there is nothing else we can do about it since it is their policy which you should abide by. If you can give us the exact url of the page where the JotForm codes are embedded, we can probably inspect and double check if scripts are indeed disallowed.
We will try to find the cause of the problem and come up with a solution if it is found out that scripts are allowed. We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Thanks for the quick response Neil,
I do have other JS/ jQuery codes inserted that wok fine.
The URL of this page to check is at:
I would be happy to grant one of your Techs Admin so as He/ She may tinker around
and hopefully come up with a sultion to this issue. if so then they may contact me at the same email as I use here at Jotform.....

What I would favor over all is to utilize the Feedback codes, again Feedback works fine except that
the codes disable the edit tabs site-wide..

If that is the case, then the problem must be arising from conflicts between jQuery plugins on your site and the form's lightbox/feedback script.
I am sorry but there's not much help I can offer with regard to this. Making it work is synonymous to tinkering with the codes of the jQuery plugins in your site, which also means that you have to host these plugins yourself.
Going with the pop-up is the best and least complicated solution for now.
