I am a bit concerned about our jotform submissions. We received an email from paypal indicating that we have received a payment for two of our workshops, but these two submissions do not appear under our jotforms.
Please advise asap.

We have an issue with database replication, but our developers are currently working on resolving the case. We'll update you here once we get any news from them.

We have just received an update from our developers that the issue was fixed. The submissions should now be available in your form submissions page. Please kindly check and confirm.
