    Conditions are still missing on my form after it was restored

    Same thing is happening to my client intake form. Out of nowhere these conditions were just gone. I have an very long and complicated form with lots of conditions and going back and finding all of the missing ones is going to be a nightmare and I have already spent a lot of time on it. On top of that the revision history comes out blank. Please please please tell me you can fix this. It was almo

    Hi,
    The conditions are still missing from my form? When you say the problem is resolved do you mean that no more conditions will disappear or that the ones that went missing should still be back.

    What Jeanette meant to say, is that since the issue was resolved, the missing conditions should be back. Upon checking your form, I see there are 60 conditions:

    I also tried to check your revision history, but it came in blank. Could you confirm these are all your conditions?, if there are still some missing conditions, we will forward this to our second level for further investigation.

    Hello,
    There are a lot missing. Going through a compiling a list will take some time. At first glance, when we hit preview the question is whether the respondent has children and the possible answers are 'Yes', 'No', and 'No, but I have a dependent'. Only when the last choice is selected should the field that asks 'what is your relation to the dependent' be visible. Also, only if someone responds that they are married should the fields requesting info about the spouse be visible.
    Do you need a full list? We are more than a little concerned and frustrated about this. Please let me know asap. We need to have this form up and running by the end of the week at the very latest. I put a lot of time and effort into it.

    Thanks for providing us the details. We do understand your frustration and I would really feel the same way if I am on your position.

    By the way, have you already tried checking the revisions history if you're able to get the latest updates made on the form?

    Here's how:

    After selecting a form on My Forms page click "More" and then select "Revision History".

    @Julia,

    My bad, sorry to missed that out. :)

    I have now re-opened the report ticket so one of our developer will review your form. 

    By the way, if you can provide the full conditions list if possible, that would be better so we can add it on the report ticket as it would help on investigating this issue.

    Let me ask you this, would compiling a list mean that you guys would fix it for me or would you just use it too look into what happened for your own purposes because if I go through and make a full list just to have you tell me I should reset them I will be very angry for the time I wasted writing it all down when I could have just fixed them. please advise

    The problem with the database replication that causes this issues was resolved so that's why we have marked the ticket as resolved. However, you've said that the conditional logic are still missing to your form so we have it reopened.

    Well, I think our developers can check the missing conditional logic or the changes to your form. I'm not sure though. Let us wait for their comments.

    Hey hulfemery,

    Your form has more than 600 revisions in Revision History. Blank screen problem is related with it, and as a solutions, we have limited it to just get last 20 revisions.

    You can revert your form back in time now,
