se me borraron unos formularios que cree

se me borraro 5 formularios que hago estaba trabajando y clonando los formularios y recien ingreso nuevamente y me aparecen solo dos de los 7 ya me aparecen 3, por favor ayuda help me!!!! ya solo me hacen falta dos formularios muchas gracias por el trabajo esperare a ver si se restablecen todos.
