Ok, so now not only does my data not download correctly.....but now it is reverting my form to a PREVIOUS version! Like from a few hours ago!!!
What the heck is going on?

Our sincere apologies for the issue. We have a problem with database replication that causes the issue, but that have been fixed by our developers just a few minutes ago. Please kindly re-check your form and confirm the fix.
I would also advise checking your form revision history: Introducing-Form-Revisions-Never-Lose-Your-Work-Again
