Form disappeared from web page, cleared cache, refreshed, so whatever data replication problem fix you made, did not fix this issue for me.

We had a data replication issue this morning, and the form in you account is back.
The problem is that account zipreed went over limit, due to getting more than 10 SSL submissions. I've removed the overlimit status just for you to see the form in your webpage back. But you need to re-upgrade to Premium, to prevent further problems. The last payment we received was made back in March 16.
