Cancel services - I need a refund for the latest payment

    I just recived a paypal notification that I was charged another month of service. I cancled last month and the screen said my subscription was canceld successfully. I assumed that ment I was done. I guess not. I was just now charged another $10. Please cancel my subscription and issue a refund.

    We acknowlege the charge through invoice #79278161.

    I have issued a refund on the same invoice for $9.95. 

    The subscription is already cancelled - so you should not expect to be charged again.
