I had some issues.
I registerd JotForm and i made some forms. but then after loged out and loged in my account has been gone.
Then I registered JotForm again as a same account.
Yesterday i couldn't see folders that i made before but today i can see the folders that i made it with disappered account.
I have now two "My Forms".
I'd like to have just one "My Forms" and supposed to have not two I guess.
I saw some issue cases of your service when i was reseraching.
Is this JotForm stable?? I don't want to have experience of disappearing forms.
I like JotForm and want to continue using this...

You are right, I am able to see the problem from our admin panel. So I have opened a ticket in order to fix this problem with your account.
On regards to your concern, let me tell you that our service is very stable. However, there are days when temporary glitches like the one of today might occur.
For these cases, we have 2 teams of developers plus a Technical Support team, who are ready to take care of the issues in a quickly and effective way. This is true for a company like ours and also for larger companies such as Yahoo, Google or Facebook.
I hope this gives you a better understanding and we really appreciate you choosing our product.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Yes, That's the exactly issue. And I'm not sure why i had to register the account twice ... anyway.
Yes, I'm very happy with your product! It is very easy to make forms and i like the user interface (no complication). And there are a lot of youtube movies to help to undersantd. I have already told my friend about JotForm as well.

As Jeanette already mentioned we had some glitches lately, this is why it happened. Sorry for the issue it will be corrected shortly.
