is there a way to have an option to charge a percentage as opposed to a set dollar amount (via paypal or any other payment methods provided)??

Looking to see if there is a way to allow customers to pay a % of the total amount they owe. For instance, if they owed $100, we could give them an option of 1) no down payment 2) 25% of the total or 3) the full amount, etc.

For this goal, you can use the calculation widget in conjunction with conditions. Then, add a payment field to your form, choose "custom amount payment" as the payment type to get the calculation widgets value.
