    I want to upgrade immediately but link won't work

    I have a project that is underway.  I must upgrade before noon today and haven't been able to get your link to work.

    Have to say, it's been alot of headaches in the last 2 days but I have to do this now.  9-1-1

    Hi Vivian,

    Your account was on Overlimit status, and this means that your forms are temporarily disabled. When your forms are disabled, no one would be able to submit to it.

    With regards to the missing submissions (if there's any), did you receive an email notification about those? We need to confirm before we can forward this to our developers if the issue was related to our problem yesterday with database replication.
