Specific Change Made To Form - Has Reverted To Prior Version With No Revision History Trace

So, this morning I make a specific change to a form ... a "live" form for a client that is a project collecting respondent responses.

I come back to the form and the change is not showing ... it's as if I never did it.

What The **** is going on?

I notice that the revision history has no trace of the amend that I made i.e. File Upload Field Moved.

Now this DEFINITELY happened because I looked at the change on my spreadsheet Grid Report.

So, my question to you is this?

When you reinstate lost submissions ... as you have happily been doing to everyone ... is this also reverting users forms to an older version that wipes out any changes that may have been made currently?

Because this is what I am seeing ....

And you think this is an acceptable solution to this problem?

If it is not this phenomena ... then you still have a problem going on ... that everyone will suffer from.

    You're f*****g my business up.

I want to stay on the same pricing but be given a Professional tariff for a year for my inconvenience

    Mark

Don't revert any form of mine again without letting me know.

I've made changes now because I can't wait for your support to get round to dealing with the problem.

There is a disconnect between what is required from you and what you can deliver when things go wrong. its called a "load of time too late"

Right ... now to speak to a client aand face the music.

I am sorry to hear that. We had a database replication problem and that's probably what has caused this. Have you checked the Revision History, and tried to revert back to the way it was in the morning?

I see that from your latest message you have already re-did your changes. Sorry for the trouble. I hope everything is OK now.
