I created a form as a guest account and have now signed up can I move that form over? You are sending me an email about my guest account to the email address i just used to sign up, how would I move the form over

First of all, thank you for using JotForm.
The forms created by a guest account should automatically be carried over when upgraded to a free or any paid plans. It is done in reference to your cache and most specially, to the email you've used as the recipient of your form's notification. I've already checked your account and I've seen two forms which are different from the one you've specified in this thread. You might have deleted what you are looking for. I've attached here a screenshot on how you can retrieve it.
