    URGENT - Form continues to revert, delete fields, revert emails and has actually now reverted to a save from two days ago.

    Hi this is increasingly frustrating my form continually reverts back to a previous state. we had a deadline to open the registration at 2:30 and this has set us back completely. No apparrent reason why cleared cookies, changed browser, accessed from a different computer and saved the form multiple times. 

    This has affected fields, conditions, reference numbers, emails and the whole build entirely in terms. The revision history is showing deletes that I have not actioned - seemingly the only changes made have been reverts.

    First of all, very sorry for the delayed reply. Secondly, we had a glitch that affected some forms. Can you please let us know when the changes were applied ?  Perhaps using Revision History, might help you to retrieve the previous changes. Please select the form, then clcik on "More" and go to "Revision History"

    You should be able to see a panel on the right hand side, with the different versions of the form

    Hi this happened all of yesterday and today and has erased about an entire days work. Each time we edit, it reverts back to a previous version this has been the case until an hour ago when we just gave up...! Especially in terms of the emails which have to be plugged into the system carefully which all need to be recoded. 

    I have already checked the revision history. Please could you expain why this has happened or give me a solution as to how we can stop this from happening in the future?

    I was just able to revert back to the version from last night using the Revision History function, but obviously something is happening with the versions.

    Ok I have now tried everything, cloning the form deleting all emails and redoing everything that was lost previously. And it has reverted again. I posted a comment at 11am this morning and am only just receiving a reply now at 7pm. I even alerted someone to it via twitter - received a response there only to have the forum ignored until now.

    Can this be fixed? am I going to have to start this form again from scratch?

    I would very much appreciate someone getting back to me as to why this error is occuring and how I might fix it. We cannot start the campaign until this is fixed and it needs to go tomorrow morning. I have had odd problems with jotform before, however this is proving to be a major issue for our business now.

    Can you please give Revision History a try? If you see above  asotnikoff, was able to revert it back to the desired version. In the meantime, I have forwarded both reports, so our engineers are very aware of the problem.

    I keep having the same problem.  Almost every other form I create, it reverts back to a previous version, after it's all saved and checked and going well.  I go to the same form later in the day, or a day or two later, and it's reverted to the previous version.  Sometimes I can get the correct (latest) version with Revision History, but in the meantime, people are getting the wrong (usually a preliminary) version of the form!

    This has happened repeatedly to me, on two different Jotform accounts (but without switching between accounts), with multiple forms.

    This makes me wonder if Jotform isn't ready for prime time, if forms are going to revert back to an old version and not even let me know....

    I wanted to add this comment: I added about 38 fields and some conditions this morning to a form then went to lunch. When I came back, my form had reverted to yesterday's version that doesn't have the fields nor conditions. Fortunately, reverting worked, but there was a "version" that happened while I was at lunch that said 38 fields were deleted. I was at lunch, my computer was password-locked, my office was locked, and no one else has the password to this account. In case this helps, this happened while editing the form in Chrome version 41.0.2272.101. I haven't had this happen when editing forms with Firefox.

    I'm certainly glad there's a Revision History.
