I have a form that says I have 8 submissions but only shows 6

    Yesterday the form showed 6 submissions and I could see 6 . Today it showed 8 submissions so I went to my Inbox  to see who else had signed up - but it only showed the same 6 from yesterday.

    The form is for Introduction to Game Programming Lite

    Yesterday Morning we experienced a data replication problem which unexpectedly caused some of our user's forms and submissions to disappear. However, The issue was fixed.

    I checked your form and I can currently see your form now shows you've received 9 submissions so far on this form. But when I checked your form submission viewer I did not find them there. Were they there before yesterday? Or have you deleted them? If not then when did you receive the original 6 submissions that are supposed to be there?

    I have never deleted anything. It was last correct yesterday when it showed 6 and I could see 6. I have never seen the extra ones. I went to look when it showed 8 and couldn't find the new submissions. And now you say there are 9 - I have just got in so haven't checked.

    Ok - I just looked. It now shows 7 and I can see 7 responses. Hopefully the 2 that appeared and disappeared were just duplicates because if not I have no idea who they were.

    Just to clarify that there were no missing or duplicate submissions. It was a problem with the submissions counter that is not showing accurate number and it has now been synced so it is working properly now.
