I am a subscirption user, not a free user and I am growing increasingly dissatisfied. Though my account is small, I am relying on it to do some important things for my organization. I compliment the email customer support agent Safka for all their help but cannot say that I am thrilled with all aspects of the service provided. Often times questions are not answered for days after I have emailed and then the answer is sparse and not adequate. I have routinely asked for phone support and only upon my last inquiry did I get the curt response, "We do not have phone support." I am thrilled with your product and delighted to continue using it. However, I am disgusted with the wall I encounter when I need a small question anwered. In all fairness, you all have went above and beyond the call to help me remove submissions from your server so that I can continue to have submissions. But still, I am upset with how hard it is to get other questions answered. Please advise.

I checked your support emails. We do not have email support over the weekend that's why your questions was answered couple of days later.
The questions you have asked today should be answered within a day. Thanks.
