Populate Birthdate that uses a Dropdown box

    I have learned have to auto populate a text box, but is there a way to auto populate birthdate boxes that recurr in a form? Also, can you auto populate a selection from a drop down box if the same question is asked multiple times in a form?

    Hello,

    I'm not sure what kind of workflow you are looking for, but this will get you started:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/41405739225150?birthDate3[month]=May&birthDate3[day]=16&birthDate3[year]=2014

    This will prepopulate your form as shown below:

    All you have to do is indicate one of the values in the drop-down field - for instance  - birthDate3[month]=May will give you May under the month field.
