I just got an email saying my account would be disabled tomorrow if I don't upgrade because I'm over the limit on SSL submissions, but I don't know which form those could be coming from. Can you check for me?

To determine the secure version of a form it is necessary to verify the link used in the embed version. If it is https:// or https://secure then it's a secure (SSL) version of the form, but it's not something we can determine by inspecting the forms by themselves.
To view the source code, please open the website where the form it's embed. Then right-click and select view page source:
Then select the src tag and inspect the url:
You have several forms, it is necessary to inspect the source code of each of the sites containing these forms in order to determine which are SSL.
Let us know if further support is needed.

I have a lot of forms, is there any way you can tell me where they are coming from from your end?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have an option to our end that would track down which forms in an account that is using a Secure URL.
We can help you identify the forms that are using SSL if you could give us the links where those forms in your account with recent submissions are embedded.
You can sort forms by "Last Submissions", please follow the steps below:
1. Access My Forms page
2. Click "Sort" button
3. Choose "Last Submissions"
