What limits would that be? Under account info I am nowhere close to limits. I have not seen anything refering to limits on fowards.

    Thank You,

    Melanie Coleman

    Hello Melanie,

I'm not sure where to find this error but you are correct, you are no way nearing any limits of your account.  To be able to help you further and check to replicate the problem, can you tell us to which form is this error happening?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

I found an answer to my question in the forums.
This means that you are only allowed to send only 2 emails per hour.
This limit is for free and guest accounts. Instead of that, you can
either grab the email address and utilize your email client to reply to customers or you can implement an autoresponder.
I hope this answer your question.
We are in the process of redesigning our website and will be implementing jotform into it. When customers submit their information will that be counted against the limit? We will be a pay customer in the future when traffic on the website picks up. Love how user friendly jotform is.

First of all, thank you for your kind comments towards our product. To answer your question, yes, that is actually a submission. And it goes against your submission limits

    Kind regards.
