    Hi,

I am receiving an error saying from disabled, when I try to fill up the contact from on my site.

I logged into my account and it says I am out of SSL submissions.

I went through this link: http://www.jotform.com/answers/275584-How-do-i-remove-the-ssl-submission-to-my-form-

And the check box was not selected to begin with.

Let me know what to do.

    Thanks.

    Thank you for contacting us.

I understand that you already checked and confirmed that the Secure Form is unchecked. The embeded form however, shows that it is using http://secure on it's url. I would suggest you re-embed the code using the iFrame method and make sure the check box is still unchecked and make sure the form URL on the embeded code shows http://form or http://www instead of https://secure. See image below:

Thanks you for your reply, I have changed the submit action on my from to (http://submit.jotform.co/submit.php) from (https://secure.jotform.co/submit.php), but the form is still disabled.

    How do I enable it?

I also found that the SSL counter can be reset once on a free account (http://www.jotform.com/answers/353607-why-my-forms-are-disabled), Please reset my counter too.

    Thanks.

    Hello madhousebakehouse,

    Yes that is correct.

We are allowed to reset the SSL submission counter but it can be done only once per account.

I have reset your account's SSL submission counter to zero and I have now activated your account.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
