I upgraded my form but it is still disabled.

    hi, i upgraded my form "https://secure.myjotform.com/jsform/31049306377555" but its still diasbled on my site.

    Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience, there is a glitch that prevent the account to upgrade. But the problem is now fixed.
