    Hi GoWallpaper,

There's a workaround that you may or may not want to use. Please create a new web page and paste the following code:

    <html> <body background="http://www.gowallpaper.co.uk/pub/files/tabs/1300811059_background.png"><iframe src="//www.gowallpaper.co.uk" frameborder=0 width=100% height=1200 scrolling=no align=middle></iframe><script src="//www.jotform.com/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript"> new JotformFeedback({ formId: "12222303186", buttonText: "Feedback", base: "http://www.jotform.com/", background:'#F59202', fontColor:'#FFFFFF', buttonSide: "right", buttonAlign: "center", type:false, width: 700,height: 600}); </script></body> </html>

This new page will become your default or index page when a visitor arrives at your site.

Note: The background image is based on the same background of the website http://www.gowallpaper.co.uk. Change/update the highlighted numbers (form ID) with your website's URL. This is a simplified code. You can further customize it according to your needs.

The above code basically consists of a Feedback Form script and an Iframe tag to display your website. In this way, the Feedback button will always appear on all of your pages.

We hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

    Nigel,

May we know what CMS you are using for your website? If your cms functions in some ways like Wordpress, you can just embed the feedback code in the header file of your website's theme/template. Since the header is always visible in all pages of your site, the feedback button will always be visible as well.

    Nigel,

Thank you for that information. I tried looking up for how-to's and manuals in Tiger Commerce's website but could not find anything valuable with regard to the issue at hand.

What I advise you to do is to contact their support department for assistance on embedding the code in the header file of your website's template.

    Hope this helps!
