A couple of days ago, our form counter showed that we had received over 8,200 submissions. Suddenly, a thousand of the submissions just disappeared. We know the count is wrong because all of our forms are saved to DROPBOX, and the count there is higher than the submission count tat is currently showing. Please advise.Page URL:

We had a database replication problem last May 21, but to my knowledge everything should have been restored to normal.
I take it this is the form that's missing a thousand submissions, so I have submitted a ticket to our developers to have this issue investigated.
We will update you as soon as we receive a message from them.

Yesterday, we have recalculated the submission count and new numbers on forms because there was a problem that causing miscalculation on these numbers.
What is the submission count in your Dropbox ?
