    Please kindly help check why disable my form

    Dear Sir/Madam:

     I have recently received your email for reaching the limit of jotform quota and disable my form, but i have checked  there are just  500 subscribers (my quota is 1000). So please check and fix. i do not want to get this kind of email, this is the second time of mistake. If happened again, i will cancel the service.

    Hello biquyetlamgiau2014,

    Do you mean to say that you have just received 500 submissions?

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have received 1020 submission this month. Please check the screenshot below:

    Thank you your email, i wonder your system has any mistake here. I make a
    calculation: 69+363+6+5 = 443 subscribers. If you need, i can download all
    submissions and i sum of for you.
    Please kindly help fix. Thank you.

    Thank you for your clarification. I've checked your account further and I agree to the numbers you mentioned above. We do apologize for the inconvenience. We had a data replication issue recently and that what's most likely caused it. I have now reactivated your account. You should now be able to access your forms.

    In the mean time, I will open a ticket for you and will report this to our developers to have them take a look at the counter. We will notify you through this thread once issue is fixed. Please do understand that I cannot give you definite timeframe at the moment.
