Hoy entre a mis formularios y aparecian 3 nuevas, pero al momento de entrar a envíos, ya no aparecian y en el detalle de mi cuenta sí aparecen como si hubieran llegado tenia 17/100 y no aparecen en los envios
Quisiera saber qué paso

I miss submissions, When I login yesterday appeared 3 new, but when I go to check, it isn't there

Before we submit this to our backend team for verification I would like to ask if you happen receive those notification in your email then it doesn't show in your submissions page?
Can you send us which submissions didn't appear in your form so it would be easier to track.

Sorry but I just activated email notifications, misssing sumbmissions are last 5.

I checked your account and it states 19/100 submissions used, but under the form only shows 10 submissions:
I forwarded this to our developers so they can look better into this issue. They will contact you via this thread once they have an update on this.

thank you, I deleted 4 submissions because I was testing on my web site, bus still left other 5 please help me, that information is really important.

The issue was already reported and assigned to our support developers. We will notify you on this thread as soon as we have updates on the status of the reported missing submissions.

Unfortunately, we cannot give you timefriame for this. our developer will notify you on this thread once they fixed the issue.
Meanwhile, can you tell us when the problem started? There was a data replication issue recently where the submission counter does not match the actual number of submissions. I wonder if you are one of those affected.
