Urgent "an error occured during submission" when trying to complete "Incomplete Payments"

Problem with processing incomplete payments - emails not sending and error message

Hi each time i try to process incomplete payments on paypal i get an error message as below - email responses are not sent - please could you indicate why this might be occuring...

Are you still experiencing this issue? I checked your form and I don't see any incomplete payments anymore. Can please verify if I was looking into the correct form name "Clone of 2014 SOURCE Summit Ticket Purchase".

The problem is still there. Each time we try to submit an incomplete payment in 'test' mode it comes up with an error message, on second click it goes through but no autoresponses happen.

If we choose a 'free' product we get the form id error.

Have checked all email autoresponses, paypal integration and products, cloned the form and more. Any clarification would be much appreciated.

Can you please state here what specifically was the error message you get when in "test" mode?

Since you are using the paypal payment tool, if you are testing the submission using the same paypal account that was used by the payment tool and the paypal account you are testing to submit, I believe there will be notification that you are not allowed to do it.

You cannot use your own paypal account to pay your own products which was using the same paypal account to sell.

I test submitted your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41415342893960 and I was able to reach the paypal screen after submission -- so the form is fine it seems.

Please provide us more details about the error and we will check further.

Inform us if issue remains.
