    Hello,

How to be a pop-up form centered at the center of the screen and not at the top left?

Here's the script in question :
    <a target="_blank" href="javascript:void( window.open('https://www.jotform.com/form/12215426138', 'blank','scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no,width=700,height=500'))">Actu.fb - 01 - msg électronique tentative piratage</a>

Thanks in advance for your valuable help.

    You're a great team!

    Hi !

    Thanks for this response.

Can you give a name to the tab (page) pop up ?

    Hello,

By name, do you mean the page's title? If yes, the only way to change the title of a form is to add a heading to it.

As you can see in this pop-up form embedded to this form, the pop-up's title is taken from its heading.

Heading can be found under the Form Tools section:

    Hope this helps.
