    Hello Clark,

Free users are allotted 100 submissions per month.  If the user goes beyond 100, his account will temporarily be suspended until the fresh month starts.  The submission counter will then reset to zero and the account will automatically be reactivated.

A free user is also only allowed 100MB of upload space.  When it goes beyond that, the account will temporarily be suspended again unless he deletes some submissions that has file attachments in it.

Additionally, a free user is allowed 10 SSL submissions, and 10 payment submissions.

If any of these capacities go beyond the limit for a free user, the account will be suspended.

You can know more about the monthly allowances and prices for different types of subscription, (including free subscription) on this page:  http://www.jotform.com/pricing/

I hope this clarifies your concern regarding the submissions.

If you have other questions, or concerns, please don't hesitate to post a new topic here at the forums.

    Thanks,

    liyam
