Why am I unable to view Incomplete Payments?

I've been trying to view incomplete payments on my forms, but the feature seems to have disappeared.  The feature is mentioned here: http://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments and I've used it in the past, and it's been very useful, but I can't seem to find it anymore.

Can you provide me with any information about this?

On which form are you trying to access the Incomplete payemnts?

I checked that form - and it appears to be a Stripe Integration.

Stripe does not trigger incomplete payments - charges are processed right away - if the user fails to complete the payment - the stripe intgration will return an error - and the form will not be submitted.

Incomplete payments work with paypal payments (and Authorize.net) which, because of redirecting to paypal's checkout page, use the Incomplete payments feature should the user somehow not complete the purchase.

Were you perhaps reffering to another form?
