I'm almost ready to launch but have a glitch that needs to be solved first.
Maison Clobert is my user name. I'm using the form to sell tickets and merchandise before the CD release concert.
Reading the forum, instructions say if address is not required, Paypal shipping charge won't be added. That's fine for the will-hold tickets. But I do require an address on the form to send CDs. In my test, $5 was added for single CD, but when the total was $100 the shipping cost went to $7. I would prefer to build the shipping cost into my own line item and have NO Paypal-added shipping costs. Is there a way to stop it from doing so on its own and at its own rates?
Second question: I expect (and hope) to have more than 10 payments this month. If I upgrade now, can I "downgrade" to the free account after my concert is over Sep 12? I'll want to keep a merchandise order form up on my site but don't expect it to generate 10 sales a month after the concert. (Oh yeah, we can wish!)

With regards to the Shipping Charges that are being added by your Paypal checkout page, you can configure when Paypal should charge a shipping charge depending on some conditions. You may find this article from Paypal helpful:
As for downgrading your JotForm account, you can do so anytime you wish. There are no contracts, just remember to choose the Monthly Recurring option when you upgrade. To downgrade, simply click the Cancel button found in your Account Settings Page.
