How can the auto-responder email show only fields that are shown/hidden during the form filling?

    Is it possible to have only the form fields that are filled show up in the auto-responder email?  For example, I have fields that only show up dependent upon a previous answer, but in the auto-responder email, all fields show up.  The dependent fields appear blank.  This can be confusing to customers.  If there isnt a way to hide the fields in the email, is there a way to have a default value fo something like N/A show up in the email?

    No, it is not possible to auto-hide a label and the answer on the auto-responder emails.

    But, you can edit the auto-responder email. So, if you do not include the labels, then the fields would only be shown if there is an entry on it. Example:

    Field: {field1}

    Option Field: {optionalField1}

    Field: {field1} {optionalField1}

    If you do it this way the user will not be aware of {optionalField1} if it is empty.

    I know this question was from a couple years back, but I was wondering If it is possible to only send fields with values not equal to zero in the auto responder email.

    Actually the email template cannot be changed dynamically as you suggest, a workaround would be to create several templates to be sent based on a Conditional Logic

    For example :

    IF  {field x}  is FILLED, then   SEND {Email Template} to {email}

    You can choose which fields would be included on each Template

    I hope you find this workaround suitable to your particular case.
