free account 10 Receive Payments

Hi i'm on the free account 10 Receive Payments, it won't restart my monthly submission. i understand that my limit is 10 monthly, after the month reach, it adds up. i thought it would start over from zero, it doesn't do that. it continues.

I'd like to inform you that Free account is entitled to receive 100 non secure, 10 SSL / secure and 10 payment submissions. If any of these limits are reached, your forms will get disableed and your users will not be able to submit your forms.

You just have to wait for the first day of the following monthuntil it resets the counter. For instance,  the next reset will be on 06/01/2014.

If you don't like to wait, you can upgrade your account to our Premium and Professional Plans anytime you wish.
